2.1
You can pay for your goods by
Visa, MasterCard credit cards or
by Switch, Solo or Delta debit
cards.
2.2
You can also pay for your goods by
Cheque or Postal Order.
2.3
We currently charge Credit/Debit
card accounts within one working
day from date of order.
2.4
All Credit/Debit card transactions
conducted over the internet are
encrypted to minimise the risk of
third party attack and misuse of
the details therein.
All payments must be cleared by
our bankers before goods can be
despatched. |

3.1
We will endeavour to deliver your
goods as soon as possible and will
try to meet your delivery
instructions.
3.2
We will make every effort to
deliver your goods within the time
stated on our website but we will
not be liable for any loss caused
to you by late delivery.
3.3
If you refuse a delivery without
prior consent from us you will be
liable for the return delivery
costs.
3.4
If you do not receive your goods
within the stated delivery period
please contact us by telephone or
e-mail and we will contact our
couriers on your behalf.
3.5
You may be required to sign for
your parcel when it is delivered.
If you are not at home when the
parcel arrives, a card will be
left for you to arrange an
alternative delivery date with the
courier.
Any date or period for delivery
shall be considered as indicative
only, although it is our policy to
try to fulfill all orders within 14
days. For tractor mowers and other
big garden/grounds equipment, we
shall confirm a suitable delivery
day before shipping the product.
Randells
cannot be held responsible for
delays in the delivery caused by
the supplier, or any other third
party. If delivery is not within
the agreed time we will, by mutual
agreement, arrange another time
for delivery. If we cannot agree
another time for delivery, we
offer you a refund.
If you have a Complaint In the
first instance please contact

, stating clearly the nature of
your complaint.
Your complaint will be dealt with
within 5 working days by our
customer care department.
If for any reason a decision
cannot be made within 5 working
days, we will investigate your
complaint thoroughly and keep you
updated as to its progress.
If we find that you have a valid
complaint we will endeavour to
reach an amicable settlement as
well as offering a full written
apology from
Randells Agriculture Ltd.
If we find that your complaint is
not valid you will be contacted
stating the reasons for our
findings.
If you are still unhappy with the
outcome at this stage you have the
right to take your case to a
suitable arbitration service.

6.1
Randells does not
offer a free returns service
unless the items are faulty or
incorrectly sent. In these cases
Randells will refund the
postage costs on receipt of your
parcel. If the cost of the return
is in excess of £20 you must first
obtain permission from our
Customer Services department.
If you are not happy with any
purchase for any reason, you may
return it to us for an immediate
replacement or refund. This does
not affect your statutory rights.
For any refund processed, a
confirmation will be sent to you
via the post.
For any replacement, we will
process your request within 24
hours, however please allow 14
days turnaround from the time you
send your parcel back to us to
redelivery.
If you return an item and request
an alternative item at a higher
price, we will automatically
charge the original payment card,
unless you supply us with
different card details. Any
refunds or difference in price
will be credited to the original
payment card. |

7.1
If
your item is not in stock, we will
back order for you. You will
always be
emailed
with the option to cancel your
order if you would rather not wait
or, if you prefer, our Customer
care representative will be happy
to advise you on suitable
alternatives.

8.1 Randells
supplies quality equipment from
reputed manufacturers that are
covered by a manufacturer's
warranty. In the rare
circumstances that any problem
occurs with a product during the
period of warranty, you are
entitled to have the product
examined by the manufacturer's
agent. Any manufacturing fault
will be rectified by the
manufacturer's agent as per their
terms. Customers are advised that
the manufacturer's agent will
however be entitled to refuse to
undertake work free of charge in
the warranty period if the agent
believes damage to the machine has
been self-inflicted rather than
being the consequence of an actual
manufacturing fault. The
customer's recourse in this
instance will be with the
manufacturer and not with
Randells.
If the manufacturer and/or its
agent decide that the cost of
repair is the responsibility of
the customer, the customer will in
no way hold
Randells
liable. Customers are further
advised that the manufacturer's
warranty will not necessarily
cover the cost of taking the
product to and from the
manufacturer's agent and except
for larger items such as ride-on
tractors this will normally be the
responsibility of the customer.
Details of your nearest warranty
agent can be obtained directly
from the manufacturer. We will
provide our customers with a
manufacturer's Warranty and
Service Hotline number where
required. The terms and conditions
under which we supply goods to you
do not in any way affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.

9.1 Under
the United Kingdom’s Distance
Selling Regulations you have the
right to cancel your order for any
item purchased from
Randells,
for a full refund. This does not
apply to items that cannot be
returned for shelf life reasons,
and have been unsealed. Order
cancellations must be made in
writing, quoting your order
number, within 7 days of delivery
of your item(s), and can be sent
by e-mail to
sales@randells.net
, or by post
to the address given in our
contact us page. Once you have
cancelled your order, the goods
should be returned to the same
address, in their original
condition, within 14 days of
receipt. The item is your
responsibility until it reaches
us.
